central location friendly staff harder pillow small room limited view stained towel

i loved how central the location was. i easily walked to attractions. the staff were friendly and upgraded my room. i found harder pillows in the cupboard, that was particularly nice.

the rooms were smaller than i thought. the city view faced a building. a towel had a brown stain, but reception changed it quickly. it was ok, not amazing.

Excellent Central Hotel Stay!

great variety excellent location easy tour

The breakfast offered great variety I found it plentiful. The hotel enjoys an excellent location. I found both the metro and tram stations nearby for easy city tours. I really appreciated that main train station accessibility for journeys.

The bathroom was quite narrow. The bath itself felt slippery. Guests should be very careful when using it not to fall.

Location

9/10

The hotel has great access to key transit options. The metro lines are easily accessible from the premises. Guests can enjoy nearby tram services. Both options make city exploration simple and efficient. Main train station accessibility made this place great.

Solid Hotel Near City Center

spacious room varied food ample wardrobe

The room was very spacious with a large wardrobe, seating sofas, and a TV. The TV turns toward the bed and toward the desk. The toilet facilities are also commendable. The breakfast had a buffet, a feature some hotels lack. The food was varied and its offers were very good.

The noise from outside bothered me as I could hear all traffic and emergency vehicles sirens throughout the night.

Service

9/10

They responded to all my questions quickly. They were very informative and very friendly. Their help.

Facilities

8/10

The location is good. It is only a few minutes walk from the historic center. A tram station is in front of the hotel, and a subway is a 7-minute walk away.

small room terrible noise

The location was fine. I could reach the city center without issues.

The room I was given was much smaller than I expected, barely enough space to move around. The street noise was terrible. Police sirens blared at all hours. Sleeping was a challenge. Seriously?!
